4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

- Carrier delays
- Customs delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
- Address errors entered at checkout
International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
5. Returns, Defects & Claims
- Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
- Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that fail to meet verification standards.
